It was recently announced by the Provincial Liberal Government that one of the ways to help boost the sagging economy of British Columbia, is to boost the Tourism Industry in this province , so an idea has been developed just to do that. We would like to introduce you to "BC Touring .Com" a unique Website with a fresh innovative concept behind it, that has been created to help every single tourism-related business in British Columbia and invite you to participate in this exiting new venture. You may have an existing web site currently operating ,or are featured on another Tourism Website, or have never placed your business on line over the internet, however, we would like to tell you why we believe that BC Touring. Com is an opportunity that shouldn't be missed. The first premise behind BC Touring . Com is community ; coming together as one unit. Lets face it. We are all going through this difficult time together in our province and we must all help each other to survive. We envision the Website of B.C. Touring . Com as a community which will encompass all of British Columbia, that every individual Tourism-related Business in this province can be a part of , and through this process be made known to the rest of the world. Through being a part of this unique on-line community you as a business greatly reduce your own marketing and advertising costs, because we will be marketing your business through BC Touring .Com to a vast world wide cliental list in the tourism industry itself, as well as linking up to various sources in the World Wide Web and giving your business greater exposure that may not have been available to you previously. We believe the ultimate "key" is exposure, however we need an on-line community that is large enough to expose , and that's where you can help by becoming a part of this unique community. The more this community grows , the more exposure can be given to it and the more diversely it can be marketed. A list has been compiled on BC Touring . Com featuring a wide variety of vacation ideas to stir up the imaginations of the vacation seeking public. We believe by planting this list of vacation options and giving them a wide choice to select from , that may have not been considered before , we will have helped frame the structure of the ideal vacation for a potential tourist. Some examples of these are: House-Boat Rentals, Sailing, Gold-Panning , Wilderness Tours.....just to list a few. Each Vacation Idea is linked to a corresponding Region of B.C. where the options exist. Then at the same time broken down to better acquaint the viewers with the area , the corresponding Regions to the Vacation Ideas will feature links to the appropriate business in those areas. As you can imagine , some of the Vacation Ideas listed will be linked to every region of B.C. ,because every Region may facilitate the particular Vacation Idea . However , this gives the viewer more options to add on and better ability to breakdown there ultimate vacation destination To help form a more clarified picture of the Region to the viewers , B.C. Touring . Com will be featuring a sights and sounds of the appropriate Region in both visual images of these areas and animation to add some humorous content. (We are currently working on these programs.) This Website will also be featuring "B.C. Trivia " to better inform Inquisitive minds. In addition to bring potential tourist closer to the corresponding business in a more personalized way ,BC Touring . Com will be providing video links via the net so that individuals communicate face to face . For further convenience this site will also be linked to E-commerce to engineer financial transactions over the internet insuring adequate customer service and reservation ability for those who choose the service.
